Online Monitoring and Integrated Solutions for Metal 3D Printing
DEFINITION: We are dedicated to the research and integration of online monitoring modules for metal additive manufacturing. Our goal is to achieve real-time monitoring of parameters such as melt pool temperature and morphology, powder quality, surface defects, contour accuracy, internal defects, chamber atmosphere, element content, and stress-strain during the printing process. We have established a digital twin model that covers the entire lifecycle of equipment development and process optimization. By applying advanced information processing techniques (including signal, image, and visual analysis) and machine learning methods, we enable rapid processing, analysis, and feedback of monitoring data in the "measure-diagnose-control" loop of the selective laser melting (SLM) process.
OBJECTIVE: Our goal is to enhance the mechanical performance of printed components, especially fatigue performance, ultimately achieving high-quality printing that meets the requirements of aerospace applications.
Platform services:
1)We offer online monitoring modules for parameters such as melt pool temperature, powder quality, internal defects, print stress, chamber atmosphere, and element content. Customers have the flexibility to select and combine multiple or individual modules based on their specific requirements.
2)We provide integration and testing services for multiple or individual online monitoring modules on SLM equipment.

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT: We also offer post-processing services such as wire cutting, grinding, polishing, precision machining, and heat treatment to complete the manufacturing process.
